August 4 2022 Local Election Results

— County Commissioners who were unopposed and re-elected to four-year terms include: 
  • Blake Skelton (112 votes) and Johnny Ward (110) in District One
  • Zack Dill (211) and Jeff Graves (188) in District Five
  • Chris O'Guinn (223) and J.B. Trull (196) in District Six.

 

— Board of Education:
  • Member Jackie Duncan, District One, was unopposed and received 291 votes.
  • Phillip Tatum (127 votes) lost his seat on the Board to Blake Dill (164)
  • District Three:  Stacey Hinson Graves received 214 votes (52%) to win a seat on the Board, with Robbie Tucker getting 111 votes, and incumbent Rodd Spaid coming in third with 86 votes.

 

— Town of Linden unopposed races:
  • Mayor Wess Ward received 166 votes
  • Alderman Bart Rosson (Ward One) received 167 votes
  • Ward Two Alderman Patrick Denton received 161 votes; and
  • Dean Heady, Ward Three, received 158 votes.

 

— Town of Linden's Alderman for Ward Three for the unexpired term of the late Richard Jones, the most contested race in this election:
  • Joey Mackin received 98 votes, to Forrest White's 95 votes, to win the seat.

 

— City of Lobelville, running unopposed:
  • Mayor Robby Moore received 189 votes,
  • Alderman Don Barnette, 142 votes, and 
  • Josh Warren, 162 votes.
